Our jewelry is crafted using 14k gold-filled materials designed for everyday wear. Gold-filled jewelry contains 100+ times more real gold than gold-plated jewelry that is pressure-bonded to a base metal, making it far more durable than traditional gold-plated pieces and more resistant to tarnishing with proper care. Gold-filled jewelry is a great affordable alternative to real gold jewelry that will last!
Since gold-filled materials are constructed without harmful chemicals such as lead & nickel, it is a great quality for those with sensitive skin.
Jewelry Care:
To keep your jewelry looking its best:
Freshwater pearls, natural stones, and glass beads are more delicate and should be handled with care.
Avoid wearing jewelry while swimming, showering, or during activities that may expose it to water or chemicals. Please note chemicals in the swimming pools can oxidize these precious metals.
Apply perfumes, lotions, and hair products before putting on your jewelry.
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, ideally in your complimentary Stella Marie pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratching and humidity exposure.
When not being worn, store pieces separately to prevent tangling or damage.
Because many of our pieces feature natural pearls and gemstones, slight variations in shape, color, and texture may occur, making each piece unique.
Repairs:
Our charms are made to be removable! When swapping or wearing, handle gently to prevent accidental loss
Lost charms are the responsibility of the customer and replacements must be purchased separately. Contact us to get your replacement charm(s) ordered!
If your jewelry becomes damaged, please contact us to discuss possible repair options.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending items in for repair.
Repair fees may apply depending on the nature of the damage.
